The Creative Zen X-Fi's plastic design leaves a little to be desired, but that doesn't detract from the fact that the player is an incredible value overall: for an extremely competitive price you get a boatload of features and great sound quality.

The X-Fi technology gives this player a nearly incomparable clarity and warmth. Plus, it has a wonderful set of features at a great price. The incredible EP-830 earphones (a $50 value) also extend the player's functionality.

The software is a little quirky, but you can get around that by using Windows Media Player. Also, the SD card content isn't integrated into the content of the player.
