"Easy install; good picture quality; no problems."
Right price; easy to use; good quality.
The install was quick. You can either hang it from the edge of the monitor, or place it on your desktop -- the "tail" on the camera bends to accomodate either. Good picture quality -- Nice product by the Redmond gang -- for once.
They try to push you into Windows Live Messenger, which sucks.
