Easy to use, basic, no frills. Exterior SUPER hot to the touch (dangerous with little kids), extremely short and dangerous life

Two year old slow cooker DEAD

It worked well when I did use it prior to the tenth use. A possible danger/hazard exists that I'm trying to report. No support from Farberware.
